Parking restrictions apply on the estate; these are in accordance with the TP1 transfer document*. As a courtesy to other residents, drivers are requested to park on their own driveways; visitor spaces are available for temporary parking only. For safety reasons, please do not park on the kerbs, grass verges, or opposite driveways. Parking on the grass verges and pavements incurs additional costs for residents, e.g., repairing the damage and installing bollards etc. Streets should be kept clear of parking to allow access for emergency vehicles, bin collection vehicles etc.

Caravans, camper vans, boats and trailers must not be parked in the visitor parking bays; if parked on residential property, they must not cause a nuisance to neighbours and other residents. Small vans (not exceeding 1000kg GVWR) that are essential to a resident’s work are allowed on the estate provided they are parked in the residents own parking area without causing any obstructions; they must not be parked in the visitor parking bays.

*When a property on the EBW estate is purchased, the buyer signs a TP1 transfer document; this details the estate’s rules, covenants etc.

A copy of the estate’s rules, including parking, can be obtained from the managing agents, Oyster Estates UK Ltd. info@oysterestates.co.uk
