Further to Oyster’s letter to property freeholders and recent enquiries, we can confirm that the annual service charge remains the policy of the management company. Paying annually helps with cash flow, and the cost of managing the estate. Twelve months notice was given of paying annually (Oyster letter dated 1st February 2024), there were no formal objections to this at the time.
